I interviewed with the recruiter, the HR hiring manager, and the HRIS manager. All three were friendly, engaging, and really great to talk to. They all said that they wanted to "move fast" on hiring someone, so the interviews were scheduled promptly.
And then silence. One week after my final-round interview, I followed up with the recruiter, as the other two finalists were also to have been interviewed shortly after I was. The recruiter did not respond. Another week goes by and still there is silence.
I was interviewing for a position that would've required me to be responsive to employees' questions, and all three of the interviewers emphasized this in our conversations, but I, as the candidate, was not afforded this same treatment. It's hypocritical and unprofessional.
I'm so disillusioned. Turnpoint's motto of "we turn bad days into good ones" doesn't hold water. If they disregard communicating with potential employees, how do they communicate with customers?
