Interview
I think that the interview process was pretty straightforward. For the primary telephone interview, I had to send in a resume, job qualification, and had to explain in a cover letter/job application reasons that I would make a good tutor and how I would react in certain scenarios. During the second interview, we met up with Adam and discussed questions we had for the company. It was very easy-going and low stress.

Question 1
Situational Questions, such as "how would you respond to a client if you weren't finished covering the material and had to run to meet your next client in the next 5 minutes?" I believe were the most difficult, mostly because some of the situations I haven't encountered before.

Interview
Straightforward and easy. Recruiter is very friendly. The interview process simulates the tutoring experience you are with your future clients. So you learn what to expect as well. After you explain the topic, the recruiter will follow by asking a couple more questions about the topic.

Interview
They ask for you to prepare a 5 to 10 minute lesson in any subject you want, I chose organic chemistry. After that they just asked a few questions about my future plans, how long I am planning on being in the area, when I am going to grad school, etc.
