They feel I worked as individual , not with team ( they should check my CV, where it was mention i handle 5-6 people form my previous to previous company(7+Yr), they just read my current company role where i have been working since last 2 year as individual player.) 2. Second reason given is my notice period. that was 2 month only, pretty standard in this industry.
