Interview
Was contacted by the firm's talent recruiter. Had several interviews on the phone and then in person. Had to do a test that required I find people for a specific position and explain my process as well as a personality test. In person, I did a mock recruiting call that was actually kind of fun.

Interview
Very fast. They ask questions that are more about your past job experiences and they get back to you immediately. They will make you do a homework assignment and a personality quiz. I liked the personality quiz because it was something I'd do in my own time!
