I filled out an application online but had to fill out the same form in person twice for both of the interviews I was called in for. I was asked the same questions in both interviews held by different managers. I felt like they were unprepared for my interview both times and never heard a call back. I was finally hired when I interviewed at a different location and interviewed with the manager there.
