Red flags in Twimbit's hiring process - India office
1) Long interview process keeps delaying decision making
2) CEO India does not mention Twimbit on their LinkedIn - Quite shady
3) As per a quick glance at employee LinkedIn profiles, majority of their previous employees left within 6 months
4) No employees from BITS/NIT/IIT/IIM or any other Tier 1 institutions
5) 30+ mail exchanges for HR follow-ups - Have laid laid-back hiring attitude
6) Felt a tinge of disrespect in the client interview round from the Director of a client company - hierarchical working style
7) In the client interview round, the client outrightly said I’m job hopping when I have shown to stick to my previous employer for more than 3 years
