Two Gals & A Broom interview questions

I applied online via Indeed and was immediately contacted for an interview. Upon arrival, I was plopped into a meeting room and told to wait as others were expected to arrive for a group interview. I was the only one to show up. The interview is very one-sided. They tell you about their core values, beliefs, pay structure, expectations, etc. The only questions you should be prepared for are about your experience, how you've handled a disagreement with a coworker or customer, and which of their core values align with your own. I specifically asked if it was reasonable to expect consistent, full-time work (35+ hours); however, based on other Glassdoor reviews it appears that many of their employees do not get full-time hours. It begs the question: do they arrange their pay structure as they do to ensure that few of their employees actually reach that top tier? I was told at the end of the interview that I would be a great fit. After following up with 2 calls and one email, I finally received a generic email in response stating that they had selected another candidate. But a brand new ad for their company was posted on Indeed the next day. Do they truly embody the values they espouse during the interview process? I'm not so sure. To me, there seems to be some lack of integrity and honesty in the interview process as well as with their actual employees based on other Glassdoor reviews. That is a shame, as I had a great first impression - but impressions can be deceiving. Proceed with caution!
