phone interview followed by an extensive in person interview which was much more thorough and asked questions. The initial application was very cool, asked a lot of questions that were seemingly random. I enjoyed the process and even though i did not get the job, I would recommend applying to anyone thinking of going into marketing, advertising or public relations. All round it really seemed like a cool company and a great place to learn.
