Interview
A 15 minuet video call with a senior and a junior officer conducting the interview. The interview will ask you "what if" questions pertaining to things that may really occur on the job.

Question 1
1.) Your coworker finished searching a passenger's bags and found nothing illegal but proceeds to make fun of the items in the suitcase. How would you address them?
2.) You are searching a shipment of produce that just came in and your coworker opens a box without a label. It contains a foreign substance and your coworker starts slurring and feels light headed. What would you do?
3.) You are just about to clock out at the end of your shift but you see a passenger kick one of your co-worker's K-9s. What would you?

Interview
The initial interview was a virtual interview with two CBP employees. I was asked 4-5 situational questions, no behavioral questions. The allotted time for the interview was an hour, but I think it only took about 15 minutes. Common sense questions and answers for the most part. No offer yet as the background investigation process is still underway.

Interview
Questions are very general. Little science questions; mostly behavioral on how you deal with people. Remember, they have to ask the same questions of everyone so it is not biased. There were two CBP Officers in the room and they were welcoming. It was not uncomfortable.
