Department Clinical Research Administrative Director Interview

      Aug 30, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Sacramento, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UCSF Health (Sacramento, CA) in Sep 2012

      Interview

The interview was a very standard panel style question and answer session. The 3 interviewers had a list of the same questions but asked one at a time and switched off from one interviewer to the next. The questions were standard situational interview questions to force a response tied to an actual experience not a hypothetical scenario. Past behavior is often an accurate indicator or predictor of future behavior.
