Was selected for an interview and then sent an email with dates to confirm my availability. Once I responded they confirmed my interview date and time. It was a panel interview with the unit manager, two assistant unit managers, and two current nurses who work on the unit.

What is a challenge you think you will face starting out in the ICU?
This was an in person interview. First was a unit Manager panel for 30 min, and then a Staff panel for 30 min. Interviewers had a rubric and would grade your responses.

Tell us about a time you had a conflict in the workplace.
I applied online through their website for a few positions. For one position that I didn't get, I heard right away the following day. For other positions, I got an interview in around a week.
