I didn't complete the initial online application but still received a call to find out if i was still interested in pursuing my application, informed them of my availability and did not hear back from them for about 2/3 weeks, where then i chased them for an update and was offered an interview date. On the day they scanned my documents and i also had to complete a pre-application form before coming in. The interview was somewhat uncomfortable, i felt the managers approach could have been a lot more subtle but he seemed like he was enjoying scrutinizing my CV and made me very incompetent.
