Company hires students enrolled at the University of Memphis. Straightforward interview process with questions regarding your experience and your goals. They will talk to you about the role and the team you will be working with.

Very standard questions, all of which were surprisingly simple and forgiving. All done over Zoom, and got a response quickly. Overall were quite kind and not as rigorous as I thought. That being said, there were some questions that they refused to answer during the interview that seemed quite integral: how much would I be paid, are a certain amount of hours guaranteed, etc.
