Interview
It was competency based interview, per usual UN practice. It lasted for around fifty minutes or so, with four panel members including the HR personnel. Each panel member asked one competency based question.

Competency Based. very subjective, not expert. Random selection of non-HR experts to provide feedback and rating of candidate, not very effective as tends to be very intuitive and subjective.
