The first round of interviews left me with a pretty accurate picture of what it would be like to work there. The interviewers were so brutally honest I wondered if they were trying to scare me off. The final interview with the VP was the longest of my life. It was quite insightful however and very exciting. He was very good at selling his vision and the benefits of working with him. There is quite a long delay between each step of the recruitment process, be prepared for at least a month of wait time between the first interview and an offer, and then some additional time for the security tests (background check, lie detector test etc.)
