Generally, very nice interview. But with few "buts" which have started even before interview has begun: - annoying repeated comments on my accessorieses (this is how my interview's started and was finished) - my experience was doubted without any grounds (just to show sence if humour? ...I 'm still confused and don't know why I was pushed back in rather sarcastic and full of doubt way when speaking of my previous job and role) - I guess this was the only "red flag" that was taped, other situations happened when recorder was off. - some rather sexist comments (more or less acceptable local jokes, but that was the last speech I expected to hear in the office) So, interview was interesting. I really enjoyed it. But attitude (though rather supportive and friendly) distressed me, and this definitely influenced my performance. If after first one or two strange situations/questions I thought that could be simply a stress part of interview, and thus I felt comfortable, later I understood that smth was going wrong there. Well, I enjoyed the process and consider it useful. But leaving the office (maybe even earlier) I had doubts if I really would like to hear from them again. Unfortunately.

Process took four months from application date. 2.5 hrs written assessment first, followed by an oral interview two weeks later if shortlisted. Offer issued thereafter. the process was professionally handled
