There was a one hour online written assessment which was sent via email and done from my location. After passing the assessment, I was invited for an oral competency based, panel interview which lasted about an hour

Situational (Competency) questions e.g tell us about a time you handled conflict, describe a situation you handled multiple recruitment's and how you prioritized the work load
