There was no interview. From sending in an application it took a month (!) for them to react to it. Then I got an email saying that in three days I have a scheduled real time 1hr write-in assignment. They gave me two alternate time slots for that day, there was no other day available. This was not great and required me to significantly alter my weekend plans. The assignment itself was a number of general short essay questions on very wide range of security topics. This was fine. What was less fine that it again took them three weeks to inform me by email that I did not pass muster. The email contained zero feedback. At no time I actually spoke to a human being. The only one I interacted with was coordinator who scheduled and set up the exam.
