      I applied online. I interviewed at UNOPS in Oct 2021

      Es un proceso largo, que constó primero de una prueba técnica de 5 preguntas relacionadas al puesto. Te envian una consigna por correo y tenes una hora para enviar las respuestas. Luego, al mes aproximadamente, una entrevista por competencias con un panel de 5 personas (2 RRHH, y 3 expertos en el área), bastante extensa donde además de las típicas consignas de este tipo de entrevistas, hacen preguntas técnicas bastante puntuales. Siendo que ya existe una instancia de evaluación técnica, con la prueba escrita, no me parece lo mas fructífero hacer consultas técnicas muy puntuales en la entrevista posterior.

      Contar sobre una vez que tuve que cambiar mis planes para lograr un objetivos. Mencionar una solución innovadora que haya aplicado. Cómo lidias con los conflictos en un equipo.
