I did a phone interview with the store manager, then was invited in for an in person interview. Very relaxed, and toured the store. I was supposed to have a phone call with the DM, but he was on PTO. It’s a lengthy process, but so worth it. They also don’t drug test.

I emailed the store manager my cover letter and resume and she replied to me with a link to apply online. After that I received an email saying that they wanted to move forward with a face to face interview and was given the option to pick a time and date. So, I show up to the interview, I walk up to the manager and introduce myself. She takes me to the back room where we sit down and she asks me basic interview questions. So the interview is done and I’m feeling ok about it right until we start walking back out and she tells me “ I need to check your bag”. Seriously?! I was literally next to this woman the entire time. I don’t understand the reasoning behind her asking me that. It was totally uncalled for and I was caught so off guard! I would never work for them!!
