I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UP Asbestos (Greater Noida) in Jun 2011

Basic questions on past experience and why I want to change the job? They also asked me how comfortable I was in handling labour and labor Unions. Also they told me that they are looking for a very honest person to head their plant independently. Lastly they checked with my Chairman after the interview in my presence and asked about my working.
