Interview
The recruiter is very rude and not good at his job. He cannot answer any questions and rushes the phone conversation. He also doesn't tell you that you have further interviews. I happened to see my 2nd and 3rd interview invites via email. No communication outside of that. By the third interview I could tell the management staff did not have any idea on what they are doing. When asked simple questions such as "what does the day to day look like?" They say something like "its very faced paced and youll be so busy with so much" they do not give real duties or examples. I told the management I was no longer interested after my third interview as I could not imagine working for them.

What culture do you thrive in? Whats a bad manager? Whats a good manager?
The interview process was fine overall, but communication afterward was disappointing. I was told I'd hear back by Friday/Monday, but it took over a week and a half to get a rejection email. Would have appreciated more timely follow-up. I was also asked to tell them my salary at my current company which I didnt feel comfortable revealing.
