It has been good so far. I heard back for my interviews about 2 months after applications were submitted and am preparing for said interviews currently. Will update my experience afterwards.

applied online and got a interview offer 2 months later, was a virtual hiring event with a panel of interviewers that asked about motivation and purpose for working there. Was very straightforward
Zoom call with 3 people. You knew the questions before hand, so had time to prepare. People were nice and from all over the US. After you answer the designated questions, you got to ask them questions.
