Interview
Very long interview process, beginning with a virtual group interview. Afterwards, you send in an audition video. If selected to continue, they send you a 40 page script to learn in 2 weeks. You shadow a tour, then are expected to complete a practice tour with a veteran guide, followed by a supervised practice tour. I haven't made it to the practice/supervised tours, because they keep cancelling on me, or the guide just doesn't show up.
