I got a call asking if I would like to set up an appointment time to come in for an interview. I said yes and a time was set. When I arrived I was greeted and asked to take a seat in the conference room. I then met with the Director of Operations and we discussed my resume and qualifications. I was made aware of the long hours and hard work ahead of me. I was also told I would be an independent contractor and paid a percentage of the stores "net sales". It was pretty straight forward.
