The interview process began with a fifteen minute phone interview, and was followed up with a personnal interview at their Indianapolis, Indiana headquarters for the Indianapolis Star News. I was given a brief face-to-face questioning and resume overview, then was asked to do a working interview in which I had to create a Flash advertisement using a Mac platform.
