I meet with the former director. Everything went very smooth. Then I suppose to meet with five other faculty members. All of them made me wait very long time before meeting with them. One was eating at his office and left without meeting with me or telling me that he was leaving, so I waited an hour and called the director. The director was apologetic and rescheduled the meeting with the faculty. I eventually meet with the faculty but he was a total jerk. Anyway, the director went back to me in a week and requested letters from all my former employers, it was difficult to get letter from some of the companies but at the end I got the job.
