I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ubique Group (Canton, GA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Called by a recruiter and screened for interest and background. Had 1st interview three days later that lasted two hours. Met with project manager, Sr. Developer and later with the CFO. Interview was an easy open dialogue with lots of background and future direction of the company provided. My background and skills were reviewed and several key questions asked.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ubique Group (Georgiana, AL) in Jan 2026
Interview
I applied for a role on LinkedIn and landed an interview, but before even speaking with anyone, I was asked to complete a one-hour questionnaire assessment. It was broken into three parts: statistical questions, true/false, and scenario ranking based on what you’d be most likely to do. Honestly, it felt almost torturous — like being back in school again.
After finishing the assessment, I had a brief 15-minute interview with the recruiter. She wasn’t able to answer any of my questions about the role or what the day-to-day looked like, and said I could ask those if I made it to the next round with the hiring manager. I thought the conversation went well for the short time we spoke.
Then came the waiting. Week after week, I followed up and heard nothing. I even tried connecting with the recruiter on LinkedIn in hopes of getting a response, but was completely ghosted.
After more than three weeks of silence — and after spending an hour on the assessment — I finally received a generic rejection email with no feedback or explanation. My connection request was never accepted either. Overall, it was a really disappointing interview experience.

They didn’t ask me anything, the questionnaire asked more questions than the interviewer did
