The video call interview has been scheduled a long time after a phone interview with a global recruiter (The first red flag of poor communication within the recruitment staff). The interviewer seemed to be unprofessional, and disrespectful and showed a lack of interest when he didn't even look at the resume before the interview! Although I met the job description with years of experience however the interviewer pretended he was not satisfied and surprised.
