Ultimate Rehab embraces the importance of superior training to ensure that our CFYs are highly prepared to treat patients with varying diagnosis as they progress through their clinical fellowship. Therefore, Ultimate has developed a program in which experienced and highly skilled CF Supervisors successfully guide new CFs through the 9 month period. Personalized and comprehensive training is provided throughout the entire clinical fellowship period in which the CF Supervisors provide one on one training with continual site visits as each CFY progresses towards independence. Compensation is commensurable with the skill level and comparable to those of the SNF environment.
Ultimate Rehab reviews the market salary on a regular basis and makes adjustments when necessary.
