The interview process was quick. The hiring manager and department member was in the room. They asked why you wanted the job and why. Then they told me I had the job.

I applied online. The process took about a week. I called in for an interview. Very easy as long as you have some work experience. My interview was interrupted by someone with a baby though. Other than that it went well.

Basic background questions, short interview. Asked about customer service skills, ability to interact with other employees, etc. One on one interview with the store manager. Asked me about how many hours I could work per week over the summer.
