Ultragenyx interview questions

I had an initial interview with a recruiter who helped me navigate the whole process. Next steps were to interview with the hiring manager, which went very well. I was on to the next phase, which was meeting with two directors separately. Unfortunately, the positions were eliminated.

100% do not waste your time. I applied in November, had to follow up with recruiter for a phone screen. Said I did very well on the phone screen and was very excited for me to meet with the hiring manager. Ghosted me for 3 weeks, had to follow up myself (again) to get that scheduled. Met with the hiring manager and moved me along to a panel interview. 4 out of the 5 panel members were available, the last one had to reschedule. Met with all 4 and said I did well. Never heard back about meeting with the fifth person. Had to follow up again myself to get the fifth panel scheduled. The day before I was supposed to meet with the fifth panel member, they cancelled and said this person is no longer available to meet with me. I followed up with the recruiter for 2 weeks straight until they finally said it's not necessary for me to meet with this person. They then said they would offer me a position but only for associate director. Keep in mind I applied for Director. This entire back and forth process went on until February. Waste of time.
