Virtual position, virtual interview. Had several phone calls and each was positive. I had some concerns with the level and cost of their health insurance plan. I negotiated a fair market salary but in the end I decided not to take the position, due in no small part to the benefits package they offered (including PTO, insurance, bonus plan etc). While a decent offer, it was not quite at the same level I already enjoyed and in fact my current employer did not accept my resignation and moved heaven and Earth to keep me. (thankfully in hindsight)
