Ultraviolet interview questions

I had only one round of interview it was via cell phone and it was mostly behavioral questions and few about my skills. My friend went onto the second round and did a coding interview in React

Applied through the website. First step in the interview process was a written exercise that asked the respondent to troubleshoot low online engagement among millennials. I had to come up with 3-5 digital strategies to boost conversions and talk about the metrics and tools I would use to determine if a digital campaign is successful. Didn't make it to the second stage.
