      I interviewed at Undercurrent

      Interview

After getting connected the process was very conversational. Undercurrent employees seem to be very smart and very philosophical. It's hard to pin down what's really going on/what they are really asking. Also each employee seemed to have different points of view on what is it they actually do vs. what they make money on. They also talked a lot about their culture. It was great for a few of the chats but felt a little overemphasized in others. In the end, they just didn't reply to when my next interview was which was the way of saying not interested. It felt like having a little more of a normal approach would make the interviewee not feel like they are just in a black box. Pros: Interviewing with smart people who like to have good conversations Cons: Seem laissez faire in approach
