Pretty quick and easy. Basic interview. I took some sort of aptitude exam before the interview, then sat down with a manager, and he conducted the interview. Nothing really negative to say about the interview process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Underground Printing (Ypsilanti, MI) in May 2024
Interview
They described the hours and pay and asked what pay I am looking for, said they are starting at $16/ hour *this is an entry level position* there is no negotiation for salary
Interviewer seemed super kind but interview didn’t last long since I was looking to be paid more. Seems like a decent place if you really want that first job to get your foot in the door. Honestly I wish they would’ve put pay in job description because I wouldn’t have took the interview if knew it started so low
