Pretty straightforward interview process. Came in and they were very friendly and not intimidating at all. We had an online zoom interview and came in person later on. They asked me how I handled a past situation and they wanted me to be sure of my availability.

You meet with management and owner for two separate interviews that gauge your dependability, reliability and knowledge of the industry. Be sure to know about the company itself because it plays a big part in the interview and the position itself.
