Interview
I was called by the HR personnel to attend an assessment made of 3 rounds of business cases in groups of 8 people and an english test, Subsequently I was invited over Milan's headquarter for a single step interview with the hiring manager.

Question 1
During the interview with the hiring manager, I was asked about my thesis and about the main drivers of the monetary policy. All in all the theoretical stuff was pretty basic, nothing too difficult or unexpected. Just one question was a bit trickier: who or what cannot go in bunkruptcy?
Initial call with HR or a team member to assess motivation, followed by a technical interview. Then a technical panel with several team members, usually including typical IB guide questions.
Test online di ragionamento e inglese, abbastanza complesso finire tutte le domande nei tempi stabiliti.
Dopo questo test si viene contattati per una videocall conoscitiva in cui ci si presenta e poi si fa un lavoro di risoluzione di un caso in gruppo

Interview
Il colloquio è iniziato con un test da svolgere online in autonomia, in cui affrontare task di:
1. ragionamento induttivo
2. ragionamento matematico
3. lingua inglese
E un questionario riguardo al comportamento sul lavoro.
Nel complesso dura circa un ora, e le domande non testano le hard-skills ma richiedono risposte veloci e precise.
