Three rounds, one with HR, one with direct responsible, one with one senior manager. The first covered personality and culture fit, the second was more technical, with questions about the role I was to cover and capital markets (stock and bond definition and differences, the process of securitization, relationship manager daily duties). The third involved more personality and culture fit questions.

The interview process was very relaxed and simple. There were no unusual questions and I felt relaxed during the whole interview. I was asked some usual questions about the job and the feedback was very good.
