The recruitment process started with a basic online assessment that felt outdated and didn't accurately measure technical skill. However, the experience turned unprofessional during the salary discussion. Upon hearing my expectations, the recruiter became visibly dismissive and questioned the value of my two Master’s degrees in a condescending manner. To date, I have received no follow-up. It felt like they wanted high-level expertise without being willing to pay the market rate for it.
