So basically their 20 or 25 applicant brought everybody to 1 room and said your hired then a month later you start work because you need a badge and training was in 1 day with little information

They asked you to provide a video of yourself answering questions and once hired sign a paper that they could fire you for anything. They also ask you to fill out your full work history for the past 8 years including where you went for college. They tell me and my co-workers they would give us buddy passes. We came to work to find out that we actually don't get any.

Interview
The hiring process was easy, all we had to do was apply online. After the application we had to take an online interview where you answer questions through your webcam. Then we attended the orientation and finally training.
