I applied online directly through DGS at beginning of February. Two days later, I received an email to do HireVue interview. I completed interview of 7 questions via HireVue app. About 2 weeks later I was invited to attend hiring event. The hiring event consisted of filling out paperwork, a 1-question one-on-one interview, & onboarding. This was a 4-hr process. I also had to complete a background check & drug test after the hiring event. I received emails saying that I’m an DGS employee, but have not been assigned a training date yet. I was told will be sometime in April. I also have not received any further communications from DGS after attempts to contact them by phone. Bring your patience.
