I was referred by a friend, submitted my Resume to the company, and was quickly called in for an interview. The interview consisted of three parts, meeting with two sets of members of the different sections of the tech team in pairs, and then a 1:1 with the head of the tech team. The questions were mainly normal interview questions, but also included a number of problem solving and reasoning questions to determine how you would approach solving a complex problem in software.
