Very disappointing first stage chat and experience.
The interviewer was quite distracted and didn’t seemed that interested or bothered whatsoever. He kept on walking around trying to find a space to talk, which I found extremely distracting and it made me completely loose a trait of thought on few occasions. It would be a little more respectful to have the interview setting sorted before starting the call.
The interview admittedly did not go well, although I feel it would have gone much better if the interviewer was ready and prepared and less disruptive.
After over a month of not hearing anything I finally got a rejection email. No apologies for delay, not a mention of why it took so long. Really poor experience.
