Spoke on the phone then went for an in person interview with director. Sat in a waiting room for a few minutes before being taken back. She followed up with a phone call soon after. All very straight forward.

A very simple interview with questions and background had to be fingerprinted did a drug test and a lift test. Not hard at all the facility made you feel welcomed I was a little bit nervous but once I started talking I felt like I had worked there forever
