I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Union Income Benefit (London, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
First I had a phone interview in which I was asked some light "get to know you" questions and then I was asked to read a passage from anything nearby (book/pamphlet/packaging) and I had to read it without sounding like I was reading. Then I did a group interview where we were shown around the building, we were given talks on the company and the roles we would be taking. We had a couple of group activities - one of which was 'Two Truths One Lie' where we had to tell two truths about ourselves and one lie about ourselves and the rest of the group had to guess which was the lie. We then had a group activity where we were split into teams and then we were timed to build the tallest tower out of straws. Lastly we had individual interviews with more serious questions like "Why do you want to work in sales?"
Telephone interview - general chat about work experience, current situation and personal requirements of a role; to understand personality. Then needed to read something out loud, to demonstrate that I could read a script in a conversational way.
