HR reached out to me via Indeed, seen for 3 interviews for a total of 5 hours of work. Senior leadership critical when I directly answered questions that they asked, defensive as a whole. Interview process lasted 3 weeks, only received updates if I reached out. Ok pay for the area but underpaid for the level of work and responsibility expected.
