Unprofessional. Interviewer arrived late. No questions asked. Very bizarre. The process before the interview was very long, creating unnecessary anticipation. The interviewer seemed unprepared and disinterested, which made it difficult to gauge the company culture. The pay would have been extremely low—basically a large waste of time. Overall, the lack of professionalism and structure left a negative impression, and I felt that my time could have been better spent elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect for candidates in the hiring process.
