I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unipres (Forest, MS) in May 2016
Interview
I applied through my school's career center. I got a email invite for an interview at the plant about 1 week later. At the interview day, I wait in the lobby and wait for HR (Tony Gier) to pick me up. We wait in the conference room for me to fill out an application. Bring your reference and work history and resume so you can fill them out easily. After that he gave me a tour of the plant. After the tour I talk to Jeff Long in the conference room, then talk to the engineering manager ( I forgot his name). Unfortunately no offer but I did get a check for my travel expenses, about $130 :) I didn't know I would get reimbursement.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are doing right now? What do you know about Unipres? What you want to do in your career? Do you have any questions? Do you know PLC? Why you want to move here?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Unipres in Dec 2019
Interview
Initial screening interview consisted of a short 20 minute phone call including giving a summary of work experience and answering a few behavioral questions. The interviewer came across as rather disinterested and their appeared to be audio problems on their end.
