No previous screening just straight to in-person interview. The receptionist walked me to a conference room and gave me about 30 chemistry questions to answer. When I was finished (30 minutes later), she returned to the room with 4 more pages back and front of chemistry questions with about 60 questions and told me to take all the time I need. I'd already been there for 40 minutes at this point. Instead of asking me anything they just gave me a really long test to "see if I was qualified" even though they had the 1st test, a detailed application, resume, and access to my published work. Writing out explanations took long - at least they could've made it a computer test or asked the relevant questions or even required a presentation. I refused the second set and left. My advice: know your value, don't waste your time.
